[ Structure & Operational Principle ]
LWL series centrifugal machine is a kind of filter equipment of horizontal screw unloading and continuous operation.The rotary drum and the material conveying screw rotate at some different speed in the same direction.The materials enter the screw internal cylinder throught the feeding pipe.The screw cylinder speeds up and the materials enter the rotary drum.Under the function of the centrifugal force,the liquid goes through the filitering medium and is discharged out of the machine.The solid is left in the rotary drum and form the filter residue.The filter residue is pushed by the screw and continuously moves to the upper of the rotary drum and is discharged out of the rotary drum thorugh the unloading channel.The machine can continuously feed,separate,wash and unload at full speed.It has advantagessuch as compact structure,small volume,continuous run,steady operation,strong applicability,large treatment volume,low moisture content of filter cake and others.
